Responsibilities
  • As a pivotal leader within the IT Infrastructure Group, you will serve as the Principal Enterprise Lead for the global MSI Active Directory environment and its critical integration ecosystem. We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our AD space. In this role, you will not only direct the technical roadmap for our directory and email backbone but also lead a team of engineers providing guidance for day to day operations. This is a high-visibility position requiring a unique blend of deep technical mastery, architectural foresight, and people-focused leadership.
  • *Technical Leadership & Solution Implementation:
  • Active Directory Stewardship: Direct the architecture, security, and maintenance of the enterprise AD environment.
  • PKI Infrastructure: Architect and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise PKI and RADIUS environments.
  • Directory Integrations: Oversee complex integrations between AD and third-party systems.
  • Email Backbone Management: Own the global SMTP relay infrastructure and email routing protocols.
  • Mail Flow Integrity: Ensure high availability and security for cross-platform directory infrastructure.
