- Drive analytics projects end-to-end in partnership with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute product strategy and investment decisions
- Influence product direction through clear and compelling presentations to leadership
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field
- Proven track record of leading high-performing analytics teams
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience working in technology, consulting, or finance
- Analyze, manipulate, or process large sets of data using statistical software.
